Remove java from the repository #5

Motivation:

composer install is very slow.

Java is an external dependency of the project and just as the vendor folder is not versioned, the java binaries should not be versioned.

Actions:

[x] Remove java from the repository generating a release without java
[x] Remove from the repository history all references to the java folder
[x] Modify the code for the java binary directory to be a parameter
[x] Review unit tests to maintain coverage
[x] Document the instructions for installing java in README.md

I can do this task.
