Fix Yarn Berry breaking Shiki code highlighting #157

Yarn v1 -> v3 upgrade was reverted in 9f9ebfd. Shiki code highlighting was breaking after the upgrade for some reason, even though builds seemed to be running fine.

Just gonna stick with Yarn 1 for now. And Heroku doesn't support pnpm directly either, so... 🤷‍♂️
