Consider passwordless logins with signed URLs via email only

It's hard to reset the password via CLI properly without some characters getting misinterpretted. This will bypass this issue altogether.

• [ ] Expire after 1 use
• [ ] Expire after 30 minutes
• [ ] Use existing rate limiting/lockout mechanism to prevent abuse
• [ ] Prune routes and methods associated with standard login
• [ ] Prune tables related to passwords
