Peach Castle with movement off should have the bottom platform centered. #152

It makes more sense to make the bottom platform centered when movement is turned off. Or at least add two more layouts where it can change from the three possible states where the platform can be:

  1. Vanilla Default (platform is fully extended at the right)
  2. Centered, like in the image below.
  3. Mirror Default (platform is fully extended at the left) neutralpeachcastle
