Expose HTTP endpoints for querying and adding transactions. #25

Give access to users to run budjen commands. HTTP endpoint is my server unless I put application on external server (in the cloud). http:missafternoon.com/budjen (I don't own it) so need my IP address and port. IP address will change depending on which network I'm using.
