Added BadgedTabLayout #199

BadgedTabLayout - This library lets you to create badged tabs (TabLayout) in android activity. It will add small circled badges to indicate dynamic content change (chats, search results etc,).

Thanks, but the pull request still looks ugly ;-) I just had a look at your library, it looks nice, but I do not think it is so useful for most of the readers why I would not like to add it to the list. It is perfect for https://android-arsenal.com/
