uninstall script, improve install script, upd README #38

added uninstall script (globally following instructions present in README.md)
- options: -a (will remove config files), -d (dry-run)
updated install/uninstall scripts to check if run as root
installer.sh:
- Install default config.json if not present.
- added systemd file in files.txt
- replaced systemctl 'daemon-reload' with specific enable/start for g910-gkeys.

Bugs: files.txt (as explained in #37) is incomplete (dirs are not removed).

Sorry, I don't understand what are the README.md errors, I will skip the changes for now, until I understand what they are about (I am asked to add/remove spaces). I will send code only, leaving README incorrect, until I understand it (it is already incorrect anyway).
