[Issue] Only one config for multiple user system wide #63

Since there is only one config file located in /etc/g910-gkeys there is no support to change the config only for one user. It would be better to place the config file inside the user home directory.

This was already addressed here #22 but got lost.

This problem will be solved with version 0.4.0. The config.json will be in the user home directory and the service is running with user privileges.
