Top and Bottom Artifacts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn the 360 on
2. Dash launch v2
3. freestyle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
10 rc1 on xexon xbr v3

Please provide any additional information below.

I am getting crazy artifacts at the top and bottom after updating to RC1

I am using component hd @ 1080p 42" Default skin.. If there is any of info
I can provide please ask...I am going to try and re update...

Never had a problem till now..

Seems that thr overscan was reset when updated..had to readjust it and it seems 
to
have fixed the problem
