I have the same issue, I read on this post that it's probably because we don't have the basic version of the game but an enhanced one, where the keys to some audio files were changed. I also noticed that most of the missing audios are from choice screens, so taht could make sense.
Anyway if someone has a solution that would be great :)
Greetings. I used this program to extract the voices files. In total I get 63892 wav files. But when counting the lines in the Witcher 3 Dialog.xlsx, I found only 46895 lines that are actually lines for the game. Also, when I was trying to select only Geralt lines, I only found 13351 wav files and from the Witcher 3 Dialog.xlsx there are 20619 lines for Geralt in the excel file. So some of the Geralt's lines are missing. Could you please indicate where this problem could originate? Thanks!
Btw can you suggest how to extract voices files from Witcher 1 and 2?
