Hi Martin, we usually run it headless on the HPC or other machines at the university for speed in multiple runs or in optimisation processes, but it was actually originally built for use by anyone on a laptop, which is why we include scaling functions. It's getting a little heavy for that now, though.

Thank you so much for sharing this code. I was wondering what type of computer is this usually run on and if it is possible to maximise either on a multi core-cpu or gpu? I am running on a 16 thread CPU and it barely seems to be over 10% utilisation.

Hi Dr Thompson, thank you for the quick reply. I didn't think of the headless option and I will see if it might see an improvement there.
Just to point out, too, there are a few different versions in there. I well upload one in the next day or two that is a closer reflection on the settings we used.

That would be great. I guess if someone could work out a way to safely open back up or at least get business bustling again they would be the saviour of the city and probably have a sick statue made.
