This will require using the SoundCloud API (https://developers.soundcloud.com/docs/api/guide#uploading), which is currently impossible to use because SoundCloud is not currently accepting new app registrations for authorization on their API (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfNxc82RJuzC0DnISat7n4H-G7IsPQIdaMpe202iiHZEoso9w/closedform).
