Add a mechanism for GePiFamplexIdAssigner to let GNP decide whether a gene should be mapped to Famplex/HGNC groups or not #191
For some rather clear cases like 'NFkappaB' its rather straightforward to map it to FamPlex. However, p53 or IL-1 are also FamPlex concepts gut have a regular gene ID. Add a list of expressions to GePiFamplexIdAssigner that should still check whether GNP thinkgs that the respective mention is a FamilyName or a concrete gene.
