Folder for download files #10

Where should the download files be saved in the future? On the old page there ist "http://www.julielab.de/coling_multimedia/de". Possibly we should change all links to this folder.

/coling_multimedia is the current one, we keep that without replicating the subdirs of the old CMS. Can be renamed later (downloads?).
