Scheme URL's #16

We need a general schema of all URL's and download data.

Why does contain the following URL ++ and p-444? This is a bad scheme of the old tool. https://julielab.de/Courses/Theoreticum++Technicum-p-444.html

This looks better: https://julielab.de/Courses/TheoreticumTechnicum.html
