Alumni ordering #19

Is mainly in alphabetic order, except Sascha's entry -- seems to indicate the wish for anti-chronological ordering. Nowadays , I would prefer anti-chronological ordering, too

leaving time. In most cases that is easier.

Ok, I tried to fix the ordering as much as possible. Because I lack the necessary knowledge for the Freiburger alumni I split the alumni into two section (Jena, Freiburg). Please review and polish or change if necessary...
