ECONLP not prominently linked to #27

  1. The pages are just single links to documents
  2. There isn't any hint that this is an ongoing project / endevour -- IMO should be placed aside "current projects"; maybe even rename the menu topics to projects & events (?)
  3. A mini portal site (a side linking to all pages, or collecting all the disparate informations to former events) would be nice
