Load time & file size improvement #19

While testing, found some pages took between 11mb and 15mb download due to icon packages.

This has been mitigated on the navigation bar now which uses a simple icon package added to the codebase, using the same icons that were used via react-icons.

Further updates to come which will follow this pattern :)
