Github allows for default issue creation for users to fill in. We should have the below be the default for users who are verifying the PDF, as discussed in https://github.com/JWWeatherman/yeticold/issues/132
Which PDF Version are you verifying?
Did you verify the signature of the PDF?
Did you confirm the fingerprint of the key from multiple, independent sources?
If you answered yes to the above questions, please upload your detached signature, PGP key, and key info to this issue.
