Let's add an additional layer of encryption on drives #163

Right now we are already erasing the drive and encrypting it, but I'd like to encrypt it a second time. Something like:

Encrypt with method #1 Erase the drive Encrypt with method #2

It's probably overkill with overkill, but it will only take a few minutes on an SSD drive.
