Remove unnecessary GlobalSettings inits #290

Remove unnecessary GlobalSettings inits, use GlobalSettings.DEFAULT_REF_DENSITY as default argument for reference_density. Remove unnecessary REFERENCE_DENSITY constant from profile.py.
