Move to src layout #315

Hi @JaGeo , have moved the code base to src now. Could be merged after the CI updates PR #314 is merged.

Hi @JaGeo , if there are no comments on it, this PR can also be merged and I think would be good to release a new version as well (coz of recent change in monty and fixed applied in #314)
