Switching from waybar to waybar-git #70

Description

Removed waybar from 00-hypr-pkgs.sh
Added waybar-git.sh to install scripts
Amended install.sh to call on the waybar-git.sh install

Please note that the install script is still in progress and a bit flawed, I’m doing my best as I can port from the debian-hyprland repo.
