Can not get ui of zombie info to show up. #1

in your youtube video https://youtu.be/Q3pUcC4nmAI?t=352 you have the information of the zombies displayed i downloaded this mod and there is only 2 small water and food bars. Could you please tell me how to activate the ui for the zombies to show up like in the photo. 111
