RescueCode verification field doesn't accept code without hyphens #17

When creating a new identity the RescueCode Again field does not accept the code without the hyphens.

The regular expression at popup.html#L42 makes the hyphen optional so it seems like that's the intention (and it is a nice quality of life feature).

Tested in Firefox 76.0.1 and Opera 68.0.3618.125; with extension version 0.0.56.
