Print ID #19

It would be great if the ID could be made available, similar to https://github.com/tftelkamp/single_chan_pkt_fwd/blob/master/main.cpp#L563 so I can register the Gateway in the TTN frontend and see when my test messages pass through successfully.

Never mind, I just noticed, that it isn't printed over telnet, but when I connect via Serial...Thanks!
