Fix escape and remove wrong entries #148

Follow-up to https://github.com/JabRef/abbrv.jabref.org/pull/139

I got errors when reading with Java:

Caused by: java.io.IOException: (line 1845) invalid char between encapsulated token and delimiter

This PR fixes the data
