Change abbreviation of Laser & Photonics Reviews to ISO standard #99

Hey there,

I think the default Jabref abbreviation for Laser & Photonics Reviews, namely Laser Photonics Rev is missing a dot at the end.

@jhossbach Thanks for mentioning. I have moved your issue to the corresponding repo where the abbrevs are stored. You can directly change it here
