Feature Request: Parse Existing Folders

Hi,

first, thank you for making this addon.

All my mails are automatically sorted into folders by default (done server-side by maildrop). However, currently, CatchAllBird seems to only be able to parse the inbox. Could you add the possibility to parse subfolders and create indenties from there as well? This would also allow for restoring identities when doing a fresh install.

That's a good feature idea. I will have a look when I have the time. Can't promise when right now.

For first solution I will add the ability to process any folder.

Identities will be created as for the inbox. Folder creation will cause subfolder creation in the selected folder.

If one only wants to create identities the folder creation can be disabled in the settings.

I think the version in the branch works already, but it needs more testing.

thanks for working on this! Sorry that it took me so long to test this, I saw the Github notification and instantly forgot about it.

Seems to work great from my tests! Now all that is needed is the ability to process multiple/all folders at the same time. Marking multiple folders in Thunderbird and clicking "Process this folder" only seems to do it for the currently open folder, not all marked folders.
