Removed most artifacts from chat screen textures #101

Screen at Gate B using chatscreen.jpg needs to become chatscreen_b.png later. I double checked to make sure every screen has worked so far.

Seems gate_b chat screen is using GFX/Map/Textures/chatscreen.png, instead of GFX/Map/Textures/chatscreen_b.png.
