Can't wear the ring or amulet with hazmat at the same time anymore. This was done to prevent making the hazmat too powerful after its buffs.

Just noticed I missed something. SCP-1499 before the Hazmat Overhaul would not be taken off if a user spawned the hazmat suit in the dimension. Was Fixed in that commit.
