Correct Malformed udev rule

udev rule was setting MODE as the product ID. Made the following changes:

After testing, udev rule is activating correctly when plugging in device with this change. The only question is on the permission level. Set to 0666 per "Steam Controller" permissions issue in Arch Wiki (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Gamepad#Steam_Controller_not_pairing)
