Mr. Turley represented an impeached judge in the senate and appears in the record for the trial. See CREC-2010-12-07-pt1-PgS8576-2.xml. Also note that lots of speakers are not tagged here, but I'm not sure they should be, as they are not really acting in the roles as MCs during an impeachment trial.

This is an interesting bug and I can confirm it's existence. Just a matter of tweaking the regex a bit in order to make it understand this occurrence.
