Solving environment: failed #2

您好，遇到了安装失败的问题，一个是 `Solving environment: failed

ResolvePackageNotFound:

另外通过pip install，MultiScaleDeformableAttention~=1.0，setuptools~=49.6.0.post20210108 这2个提示没有对应版本

现在只剩MultiScaleDeformableAttention~=1.0这个安装不上了，[MultiScaleDeformableAttention-0.1-none-any.whl ]下载了这个也安装不上
