Added FFMPEG and LLVM to dependencies #117

Testing to see if this allows the package to compile without issues

Adding LLVM as an explicit dependency seems to cause issues with the compatibility for printf which causes compilation to fail for Julia 1.7

Julia 1.10 CI seems to be failing for some other reason entirely?
