mupen video problems: segmentation fault when using glide64 plugin. crashing on startup #476

Describe your system:
 - Operating System (be specific): Bodhi Linux 1.3.0
 - Machine type (32-bit or 64-bit): 32-bit
 - Mupen64Plus version: 1.99.4
 - Plugins used: Glide64

I've tried running mupen using archnoid, ride, z64 and glide64 and have thus
far been unable to load a game. With the first three I receive the error
"Couldn't find matching GLX visual". I seem to get a bit further with glide64,
so that's what I'd like to focus on here.

When I run mupen using glide64, a black window will pop up, but before anything
loads, mupen crashes. Here's my shell output:

Can you please provide more information about your video card and the drivers
you are using? Please also provide the output of glxinfo. Thanks
