Remove old lib/transactions-common-*.js files? #77

@JackAdams, are you using the old lib/transactions-common-*.js files for any purpose that would not be just as well served by getting old revisions of lib/transactions-common.js from the git history (perhaps tagging the revisions you're interested in)? The extra files are just distracting to me.

Done. They're out of the repo now.
