• Description of Services In this project we will provide 3 services to help the target company (gym) improve their user experience and manage system. – Assist admin manage staff information As we all know, manage is significant impotent to get succeed. This API will provide database which include staff information. Managers will easy to access to information, and easy to input and remove information.
In addition, manager can monitor staff’s operations thought this API, because every operations will be record by API.
– Help staffs to service customers better
Staff is able to access to information of purchasing and health data.
Purchasing data Can help staffs to ensure what membership level is each customer in, and serve them accurately.
Health data Can help staff monitor the health situation of customers and give some advices. Nevertheless, staff can avoid accidents happen by making every customer in health
– Provide information to help customers plan
This API will provide the health data which is recorded in the process of physical exercise. This data will help customers to make their plan to exercise better and safely.
• Service Performance Reporting
First, Target Company get off-shelf version and communicate with developers to submit the application to change the software (authority of staff and customers) according company need.
Second, Target Company will test it in business to ensure it is correct and useful. And input foundational information.
After that, this API will be throw into business formally. Customers can get their health data from information to make their exercise plan.
Some Customers will also ask advice to staffs, staffs can give accurate advice to improve customers’ plan by viewing the health data though API.
In addition, staffs can ensure every customers in right membership area and provide correct services. Once the gym get new members, the information (level, price, etc) will be recorded in database. And manager able to access to the information so that improve accountability of Target Company.
AS the gym grow, there may some staffs will be hired. Managers can easy to input their information to database and empower immediately.
