In industry, they can be either hardware or software, in terms for our project we focused on the software element. A way we can achieve this is, when the software has more or one client in the organisation, we the developers can carry out surveys, enhanced focus groups, and support sessions. This will help for future reviews and amendments, as more feedback can be provided once customers and clients have had time to adapt and use the software. Any changes which will be made, will have to passed through various stages of the organisation before finally being signed off, this is to minimise the chance of potential bugs or negative feedback and will enable us to have the correct amount of professionalism whilst dealing with clients and stakeholders.
