No changes to the python. Simply:
EDIT: After publishing this pull request, I've remembered that there were missing GPIO.cleanup() calls in two scripts, so I've just fixed them too!

EDIT 2: Looking over my notes from Friday, I also wanted to make the default speed for the scripts the maximum speed. So I've changed this too!
