Investigate why the Localities widget breaks the Zoom and Pan feature on MapBox, but when it is closed, it fixes the functionality. Maybe this could be due to the padding of the radial diagram. Start by investigating here.

[x] Change the colour of the map to be starlight and make the map black and white.
