Issue 83 was already a thing, I'd just forgotten that the uncorrected list was in the merge folder.
Change this now so that in runLiCSBAS2LOOPY_L03.sh, we run aggressive nullification on the entire uncorrected dataset before merging the corrected sub-sets.
This means now that when we copy in an un-corrected version, it copies in aggressively nullified versions of the uncorrected data.
