!promote & !demote command for team leaders #251

Command to allow staff leaders to assign/take away roles as needed.

due to role hierarchy, this won't be usable for the moderation team. (although lead mods can already kick/ban regular mods/jr mods if absolutely necessary)

demoting support and social media staff would usually require administrator involvement since these teams have special access to outside services (social media accounts, support emails, etc)

would this still be useful?

Do you mean that it's not possible at all to do? The main reason I think this command would be useful would probably just be for moderators to promote Jr mods to full mods without needing to ping an admin to do it for them. Like you said we probably don't need it for lead mods to use on mods as if a mod needs to be demoted an admin will likely be aware and do it themselves, or if the mod "goes rouge" they can just be banned/kicked.

Also, what was said about social media and support not really needing it makes sense.
