correct label for Maximum Zoom for Polygon Label? #10

@ilyankou - In the Polygons tab, we describe Maximum Zoom for Polygon Label

Is that the correct description? I'm wondering if we mean Minimum Zoom for Polygon Label, since labels disappear when the zoom falls below a certain level

Or maybe I misunderstood?

I'll rewrite the description (and possibly label, and also constants.js) to describe the concept of threshold (labels show here and above)
