image doesn't work on resized images #67

As noted in the Joplin forum:

Images work if image is formatted ![9fd3ffcc4537358d4b51461a92c0716d.png](:/200d4616921347a085fec52873566328)

if the image is resized (or imported from EN) it is of the format <img src=":/a1fd1b6fd6be4ab58f99e01beb704b18" alt="1aa911358498d84e725fba441e88c05a.png" width="392" height="246"> and is not recognized.
