move pulse daemon conf out of script, wgets directly download to target dir #139

Hey @JackHack96, I've stumbled upon your repo and thought to give it a slight tweak, the idea of moving away the pulse daemon config was already there by looking at 10-prime-offload.conf so I just did the same there, while the wget commands now take care of downloading directly the files in the target location!
