[BUG] Scroll behavior #18

From a tester:

The black button at the bottom of the page "Next Lesson: What is Git?" automatically snaps to the top of the next page but the same button in future sections does not snap to the top

I've also experienced occasional issues where navigating between pages where the screen doesn't scroll back to the top. This is probably an issue with Gatsby's client side routing.

Bear with me on this one. Probably due to Gatsby's page routing, I haven't found a foolproof solution to this quite yet
