Refactor left nav on the homepage #3

Alpha testers indicated that the left nav is confusing. As is, the left nav allows users to jump between modules/lessons in the currently selected learning track; however, if a learning track has not been started (such as when the user is on the homepage) it's unclear what it's purpose is. Potentially replace the left nav with links to learning tracks, hide it all together or put something else in it's place when the user is on the homepage.

Done. The left nav is now hidden until a learning track is selected.
