There are two ways to find information within LearnGit.io: search and learning tracks; however, the search functionality is not prominently featured on the homepage as a jumping off point. Additionally, metrics are indicating search is not used nearly as much as learning tracks.
This feature request is to add a prominent search box to the homepage and include sample search terms to further teach users what the search functionality can do. Clicking on these sample search terms should automatically open the search modal and search for the term. In the future, it may also be nice to allow users to favorite certain search terms and display them as an easy way to bookmark information.
