[BUG] Mobile optimization - below 770px #5

LearnGit.io is not yet properly optimized for mobile. Below 770px, the interface becomes too cluttered). Though the metrics indicate that the majority of users would be on a laptop or desktop computer, this should still be fixed.

Since this will not be completely done before early access, I'll add a banner that only shows on mobile letting users know that mobile styling is still under development. This is not a great solution, but based on the analytics I expect less than 10% will access via mobile.

Mobile styles are now fixed for all problem areas and the website is usable on smaller screens.

Still TODO:

[ ] Add search capability to mobile site
[ ] Add lesson table of contents to mobile site
